Ajmer: The holy city “Ajmer” is
surrounded by Aravali hills and is famous for “Dargah” of Sufi
Saint “Khawaja Moinuddin Chisty”, Jain Temple “Soni Ji Ki Nasiya”
& “Brahma Temple” at Pushkar. For years the city is also known
as centre of quality education with Mayo College, Maharshi
Dayanand Saraswati University & Rajasthan Board of Secondary
Education. Jaju Industrial Training Centre.
The Institutes: The institutes have become centre of
‘purposeful’ education and aims to build up ‘Employable’ human
resources by creating opportunities of a wide spectrum of career
oriented Vocational Training of skilled shop-floor technicians.
The institutes are offering Technical Training in various trades
specified by the National Council of Vocational Training DGET.
Govt. of India. The objective, is to actively contribute to the
New Educational Policy, while generating ‘Employability’ amongst
otherwise mediocre students usually considered unfit for career
courses.
The institutes can boast of having its own building, a campus of
its own, spacious staff quarters, well equipped workshop, its
own hostels and playgrounds.
The central objective of the whole concept is to ensure that the
youth of the village belonging to the weaker stratum of society
do not have to go elsewhere for developing their potential.
